Well known as consultant and trainer throughout Alaska and with clients in the Lower 48, Dick works with a diversity of clients, including Aleutians East Borough, Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium, NANA/Marriott, Anchorage Fire Department, Nordic Calista Drilling Company, Municipality of Anchorage, Anchorage Municipal Light & Power (ML&P), Anchorage Water and Wastewater (AWWU), Department of Community and Economic Development), BP, Alaska Municipal League, Fairbanks Memorial Hospital, AK Department of Fish & Game, AK Department of Corrections, Alaska Magazine, Cook Inlet Tribal Council, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and the AK Department of Environmental Conservation.
Dick is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), Association for Conflict Resolution, Organizational Development Network (ODN), Alaska Resource Development Council, Anchorage Chamber of Commerce, and Rotary International. Dick is a Board Member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southcentral Alaska.
A multi-talented facilitator, trainer and consultant within the government sector, Dick works closely with business and industry leaders, senior staff, senior management teams, employee teams and cross-functional teams. Formerly an adjunct instructor at Alaska Pacific University, both in the MBA program and the Degree Completion program.
For the past 20 years Dick has enjoyed a successful consulting and training company working in Alaska, the Lower 48 and internationally. Few facilitators are more adept at helping clients safely bring issues to the table, enabling consensus, clarifying goals and developing effective strategies.
