Developed, implemented, facilitated and evaluated business training and development sessions throughout the company for executives and
other company employees. Managed Internal Communications section. Main process tool for team building: the Strategic Visioning Process
(SVP) model. The Grove Consultants International.
OD Advisor and External Consultant: BP: Designed and facilitated two year multicultural project to senior managers and company-wide to
all employees at BP. Used the Strategic Visioning Process, the Grove Consultants International model for much of this work.
Magellan Behavioral Health: Facilitated workshops for managers and staff using the SVP model.
YWCA Social Justice Committee: Facilitated a four-member business panel convened to discuss diversity/inclusion issues with participation
of the community.
Business and Professional Women: Presented diversity/inclusion strategies for several years at BPW workshops and convention.

Women’s Organization. Additionally she has presented and facilitated at the Senior HR Managers Forum; The Mayor’s Healing Racism Program
where she was asked to direct the Diversity Program for the city of Anchorage and The Governor’s Commission on Tolerance where she became
their first Chair. She also was a member of BridgeBuilders of Anchorage where she served as a member of their Board of Directors.
