Always something happening...
Never a dull moment for Dick LaFever and Terry Stimson. Our Happenings section is an opportunity to keep you up to date with CLI events, local meetings and events, plus interesting news items. Dick and Terry recently presented a workshop at the Association for Conflict Resolution's Annual Conference in Phoenix. The title of their session was "Blind Spots: Is Reality Overrated"? Blind spots create problems when individuals or organizations try to change because people attempt to deny that blind spots exist. Terry studied at Harvard, with Chris Argyris, who found that people say one thing and do another. This incongruence is what he called "blind spots".Lafeverleanings
