CLI is committed to the success of our clients. CLI was founded as Crossroads Leadership Institute in 1989 to serve the organizational and business needs of Alaska. Now, CLI presents programs and offers services across North America. In over 18 years of service we have a large body of success stories available upon request.

Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA): CLI has facilitated CIHA's Strategic Planning, organizational development, and corporate reorganization efforts. Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC): CLI has provided Strategic Planning, Team Building, Organizational Change, and Culture Change consulting and training for the ANTHC, as well as the Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC). We are also involved in the development of a Leadership Development Program for ANTHC and ANMC. In addition for the last year CLI has been offering regular training for the Alaska Native Tribal Council in the areas of Effective Meetings, Conflict Resolution, & Team Building.
