Serving as a subcontractor to The Management Edge - TME (Tampa Bay, Florida).  Nation wide contract to deliver leadership and management training to the Alaska Region, and DOI (Bureau of Reclamation) Training Center in Boulder, NV.  Also provided a program for the Corporation for National and Community Service in Washington, D.C.

CLI has facilitated CIHA's Strategic Planning, organizational development, and corporate reorganization efforts. We have also help in the development of teams and creating a more inclusive and participatory culture.

Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC)
CLI has provided Strategic Planning, Team Building, Organizational Change, and Culture Change consulting and training for the ANTHC, as well as the Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC). We are also involved in the development of a Leadership Development Program for ANTHC and ANMC. In addition for the last year CLI has been offering regular training for the Alaska Native Tribal Council in the areas of Effective Meetings, Conflict Resolution, & Team Building.
