For the past 29 years Dick has been involved in building a successful consulting and training company working in Alaska, the Lower 48 and internationally. He is adept at helping clients safely and effectively bring issues to the table, building consensus, clarifying goals, and developing effective strategies.
A member of the Native Dispute Resolution Network/University of Arizona and the Association for Conflict Resolution, Dick is an adjunct instructor at Alaska Pacific University in the MBA program and degree completion program. He teaches business ethics and values, organizational development, and leadership programs at APU.
