Mary LaFever, Vice President

Mary isn’t just the office manager, she is the heart of CLI.  She has been with CLI since the beginning, and is the current vice president of the company. She provides administrative support, keeps financial records, manages paper flow, edits reports and proposals, coordinates logistics for seminars, workshops and training and more behind the scenes. 

Certified to administer/interpret Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Mary LaFever has studied Latin and German, and her business interests include: team building, strategic planning, conflict resolution, goal-setting, learning styles, writing and editing.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from the University of Washington, and currently (and for several decades, part-time) teaches piano, trumpet, mandolin, banjo, mt. dulcimer, and finger-style guitar.
